The first time on the market in 35 years! The original owners purchased this 1989 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus loft Rocky Mountain Log Home from the builder and it can now be yours! This Swedish cope log home was carefully crafted from Montana lodgepole pines and has been maintained meticulously. The two-story ceiling makes the living/dining area bright and the logs and the wood stove make it cozy. The cedar wood floors gleam. The kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom complete the ground floor, along with a refinished deck for outdoor living, extending around 3 sides of the cabin. Mountain views to the north and the south will inspire you as you enjoy the fresh air. Up the stairs is a loft for office/guest space, as well as a primary bedroom and bath. Recent upgrades include a new 50-gallon water heater, new toilets and faucets, and a new kitchen sink. The deck has been refinished with new railings. A Culligan water softener is provided. If you want to add a garage, there is space for one on the east side of the property. Plans for a 2-car garage with a guest unit above it are included. Access to this location is excellent year 'round. Walk to the General Store and the village easily from your home, or step over to the clubhouse to meet your neighbors for dinner and entertainment.
